Each Cartier watch is reviewed by two authenticators and authenticated through LegitApp. We inspect the dial, case, bezel, crystal, crown, caseback, bracelet or strap, clasp and visible identifying details where applicable, then document condition and wear with detailed descriptions and clear photography.

How does Lost Designer authenticate pre-owned Cartier watches?
Every Cartier watch is reviewed by two authenticators and authenticated through LegitApp before it is offered for sale. A physical authenticity certificate is included with every item.

We assess the case, bezel, crystal, dial, crown, caseback, bracelet or strap and clasp. The listing documents visible scratches, chips, dents, wear, bracelet stretch and signs of polishing or refinishing where identifiable. Any known service history or operating information is stated on the individual listing rather than assumed.
Does each Cartier watch include its original box and papers?
Every watch includes a physical authenticity certificate from Lost Designer. Original brand inclusions—such as the box, warranty card or papers, manuals, tags, spare links, receipts and service records—vary by watch and are listed precisely in the individual product description.
Are orders tracked and insured in transit?
Yes. Every item we dispatch is tracked and insured in transit. We offer complimentary express delivery across Australia, with orders dispatched from our Toorak boutique within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
配送資料What happens if an item arrives not as described or raises an authenticity concern?
If an item is materially not as described, contact us within seven days of delivery with photo or video evidence. If an item is proven inauthentic, we provide a full refund including return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
