Orders are dispatched within one business day. Tracked DHL delivery generally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, and tracking details are supplied.

Eligible Hong Kong orders receive free delivery. The order total shown at checkout is the amount that applies.
Taxes and customs
Hong Kong generally does not impose customs tariffs, VAT or GST on imported designer goods. Your order total displays in HKD at checkout.

Requesting a return
If there is a problem with your item or it does not match its description, contact us promptly and retain the item, packaging and all stated inclusions. Any return is handled under Lost Designer's current terms and applicable consumer rights.
